Refund Policy

 

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the order number or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions
- If the wrong address is provided, a re-shipping fee of $8 will apply.
- For stolen packages that have been marked as delivered, a claim and investigation must be initiated with USPS or UPS.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
